What is Activity-Track™?
Activity-Track™ is an online, automated tracking system designed to simplify student attendance tracking.
Managing the paperwork for student activities for Advanced Academics, Special Needs, Computer Labs, and Mentoring programs has always been a time consuming process. Instead of working with students, teachers had to use valuable teaching time overseeing the administrative details of these programs.
Activity-Track™ was developed by CBK Partners, Ltd. in cooperation with the Kerrville ISD Challenge Lab teachers. The teachers were spending hours upon hours at the end of each grading period sorting through their written log books in an effort to compile reports for the district’s administrative staff.
The time students spend in specialized programs, and the activities they are involved in, are automatically recorded using student clock-in screens instead of written logs. Teachers now have the time to do what they do best – teach!
With Activity-Track™, teachers can simply click a link to view the reports they want! Reports that once took hours to compile are now done in seconds.
