Easy Document Management
With Activity-Track™, lesson plans, and other documents, can be uploaded to one location. The documents can then be accessed from any internet connected computer, unlike a district shared drive where documents are only available on campus. When a teacher downloads a document from Activity-Track™ to their computer, they always get the most recent version. However, all of its revisions are available regardless of the number of teachers that worked on it. This gives you the ability to revert to an earlier version if needed.
Easy Document Backup
Documents are automatically backed up throughout the day. If a disaster strikes, Activity-Track™ allows you to return to school knowing your documents are safe and secure so you can focus on helping your students.
Document Security
Documents may be assigned to specific individuals, ensuring only teachers that are authorized can access them. To protect your Documents, they are transferred to and from Activity-Track™ over a secure, encrypted, two way protocol (SSL) similar to what is used by online financial institutions.
