Easy to Maintain

Student and Teacher contact records are initially uploaded by Activity-Track™ personnel from a spreadsheet supplied by the school district. This means less work for you and the ability to get started right away!
Teachers maintain the contact records for their own students and add records for new students as they visit the learning centers for the first time.

Easy to Use

Student clock-in screens can be set up on one or all of the computer terminals in the learning center.
When students enter the center, either they, or the teacher, input the student’s unique ID number. The software accesses the data using that ID number and returns available options for activities based on the student’s campus and grade level. The student then selects the appropriate choices available to them.

Editing Activity Records

A teacher’s job is never done. Teachers work hard and should never have to bring work home with them. With Activity-Track™, the amount of “homework” will be greatly reduced.
While still at school, near the end of the day, or after each session, teachers can review the postings made by students, making any needed corrections in student time spent in the learning center or ‘Additional Activity’ logs entered when the student clocked in.
Activity-Track™ is internet based, meaning it can be accessed from any computer with an Internet browser, just in case the teacher needs to finish their work from home.

Easy Reporting

At any time during the school year, teachers can print student activity reports to include with report cards, progress reports, or hand out to parents to keep them informed.
A variety of standard options on learning center activity reporting are available. We may be able to customize reports to fit your needs. Our goal is for you to teach, not spend your time gathering information and writing reports.
